“X-Men: First Class” sequel to be named “X-Men: Days of Future Past”
Executive producer Bryan Singer in an interview with IGN has stated that the sequel to the highly successful ‘X-Men: First Class’ is ‘X-Men: Days of Future Past.’
Before conjecture of the plot are made keep in mind that ‘X-Men: First Class’ didn’t have anything in common with the comic other than the name. So what ever the sequel is about it may likely have nothing to do with the 1980s classic X-Men tale.
Singer states:
“I can say it’s being written right now and it will start shooting in a few months. It’s going to be very ambitious,” Singer told IGN. “It’s called ‘Days of Future Past’ and it deals with aspects of that comic but also some very new things. I just don’t want to give any of it away. Matthew Vaughn will be directing and I’m totally excited about it.”
Signer goes on to imply that there will be more crossover in the new film other than just Hugh Jackman. So anyone from ‘First Class’ to ‘The Last Stand’ could potentially show up.
“X-Men: Days of Future Past” is set to hit theaters on July 18, 2014.

Shut your pie hole BAD! :p
Cant wait! Loved First Class
Yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes!
I would love to see something that combined Cable, Bishop and Rachel’s stories. You could easily deal with all three of those in one time travel movie. Though Cable would be left as a mysterious figure, and not explicitly said to be from the future. Just a merc they encounter.
I would give Ecks first born to write this movie…
Hey…that’s not cool. Can I at least see if I like the kid first?
