THE WALKING DEAD Showrunner Says We Will Definitely See Morgan Again
Last time we saw Morgan Jones on The Walking Dead, he had gone a bit crazy. In all honesty, could you blame him? When we first were introduced to him he had lost his wife to the outbreak, and when we catch up with him in season three he had lost his beloved son, Duane, to a zombie. This trauma caused him to loose sight of himself, and when he encounters Rick again he doesn’t remember him until Rick beats some sense into him.
Our last image of Morgan is him burning bodies of Walkers he had just killed. So the door has always been open for him to return again, but no one has actually said that he will. That is until now. Showrunner Scott M. Gimple was on The Larry King Show where he talked about the show and if we will see Morgan again. “I am so determined to make that happen by hook and by crook that I can say definitively ‘yes,’” said Gimple.
It will be interesting to see when or where Morgan shows up again. An interesting twist would be to have him be one of the residence of Terminus. Or perhaps, they could save him for a later season. While we will have to wait for the answer for some time, you check back here at Comic Book Therapy for the latest on The Walking Dead.
