THE WALKING DEAD Gets Renewed For A Fifth Season
Few TV juggernauts come a long like The Walking Dead. Capturing extremely good ratings numbers while going up against Sunday Night Football is no easy task. However, The Walking Dead delivers by repeatedly scoring over ten million viewers in a young season four.
So today, in some not so surprising news, AMC has renewed the show for a fifth season. Obviously with season four still going on there are no plot details on wheat we can expect in the fifth season. However, what we do know is that the game of revolving show-runners that seems to happen every so ofter will have to wait another day. Scott Gimple has been confirmed as season fives show runner, continuing his work from this current season.
The Walking Dead, as stated, above is currently in it’s fourth season. While we have seen some people die off, the main character from the beginning of the series such as Rick, Carl, Daryl, Carol, and Glen are still alive and kicking…for now.
