If there is one thing that Michael Bay doesn’t do, it’s small. Bay is known for going all out when it comes to action films and if he doesn’t blow things up, he’s doing it wrong. This is why Transformers is a good fit for him, as it allows him to destroy things. A lot of things. In true Michael Bay fashion, Age of Extinction is going large scale and the latest trailers, we are shown just how big the film will be. We know that Bay can cut a trailer and this is no different as it shows a lot of action and a whole lot of robots.

Speaking of which, there’s some new footage featured in this trailer, including some good looks at some of the Dinobots that will be in the film. One that we get a really good look at is Slug, the Triceratops, who is seen barreling down the street at top speed. We also get another look at Strafe, the two-headed Pteradon and Grimlock, as Optimus Prime rides him into what will very likely be a battle of epic proportions. One scene that caught my eye is a robot that looks to dissolve into particles and reassemble. That little gem is new-comer Drift, voiced by Ken Watanabe. In the second trailer, we get a look at another new Decepticon that has yet to be named, but the wolf-like creature is a gift with purchase of Lockdown’s, who we’ve seen laying the smack-down on Optimus Prime.

Transformers: Age of Extinction hits theaters June 23rd and stars Mark Wahlberg, Nicola Peltz, Stanley Tucci, Titus WelliverKelsey Grammer, TJ Miller and Bingbing Li.
