TUCSON COMIC SHOP HOSTS EDUCATIONAL RAPPER

Capcom-sponsored Teacher/Rapper/Hero “Mega Ran” puts on free concert at Heroes & Villains!

It’s fitting that Mega Ran (aka “Random” aka Raheem Jarbo) would perform at a comic book store, because he has more alter egos than the average Justice Leaguer.

Raheem is a middle school teacher by day, a critically acclaimed indie rapper (“Random”) by night, and a Capcom-sponsored nerdcore rapper (“Mega Ran”) by later that night.

It’s in that last persona that Raheem will appear June 21st at 5pm at Heroes and Villains, for a totally super free concert.

Fans of hip-hop, videogames, comic books and Saturday morning cartoons won’t want to miss it!

Here’s a link to some videos of Mega Ran’s last Heroes and Villains appearance:

Heroes and Villains has been voted “Tucson’s Best Comics/Games Shop” by the readers of The Tucson Weekly for the past three years in a  row.

They’re pretty awesome.
