TRANSFORMERS: AGE OF EXTINCTION Viral Marketing Kicks Off With Optimus Prime’s Facebook Video
So far the only thing we’ve seen about Michael Bay‘s new chapter in the Transformers franchise is a Super Bowl spot, a handful of set pics, and some rather nice publicity shots of the cars being used in Age of Extinction. With the June 27th release date quickly approaching, it seems the marketing blitz is just about to begin.
The official Facebook page for Transformers: Age of Extinction is getting in on the Look Back video trend that has been clogging up your news feed for the last few weeks with a Look Back of their own. Apparently sometime between saving the world, fighting Decepticons, and not squashing Shia LaBeouf into a pulp, Optimus had the time to make himself a Facebook page. The leader of the Autobots has made a few posts and uploaded a few pics, including the amazing one of him riding Grimlock. There was a tiny bit of debate on whether or not Optimus was really riding Grimlock or not, but now it’s confirmed and we can move on. You can check out the full video below. What do you think about Optimus‘ Facebook video?
