The Bat Family Mourns Their Loss On Covers This March

requiem It was hard to avoid the shocking event that happened in the pages of Batman Incorporated #8. The story was everywhere, from the web to national news channels. I won’t say anything about how it went down, but you know Robin died. Damian Wayne, the illegitimate son of Bruce Wayne, died a hero’s death this week. The fallout will continue in the pages of the Bat Family books, as well as the DC universe.

BuzzFeed got the first look at the covers for some of the books affected by the death. In order you have: Batman #18, Detective Comics #18, Batman #18 variant, Batman Inc #9, Nightwing #18, Teen Titans #18, World’s Finest #10, and Batgirl #18. You can click the source link at the bottom to check out a few more covers. The Detective cover (via Newsarama) will be sporting the title Requiem with the Robin “R,” but right now it’s not clear if that’s only the title for Detective or the overall title for the death fallout.
