We have two great comic book tastes that go great together for your…viewing…pleasure. Daredevil #26 and Deadpool #10 come out this Wednesday. Daredevil is a special double-sized extra, for only a dollar more, celebrating the amazing third year of the series from Mark Waid and artist Chris Samnee. Matt Murdock is still reeling from his [...]
One of the first names that pops up when asked which DC villain needs to be features in a film is Deathstroke, the rogue who has been one of the most popular for the Teen Titans. However, this assassin has also been on the side of “good” when needed. Many will tell you that he is the DC version of Deadpool, or vice-versa, and it is hard to dispute the similarities. In the long run, I think that Deathstroke is a baddie that should be taken a bit more seriously than his Marvel counterpart, as he is a man that has a purpose and nothing will get in his way.
Earlier today, Ryan Reynolds discussed his involvement, or lack thereof, in the potential Justice League movie that Warner Brothers has in the works, saying that he’s a bit leery about heading back into that world again. What he is excited to work on is the Deadpool film that has been in the works for several years [...]

While fans wait impatiently on the ever-gestating Deadpool film, another Liefeld product is headed to the big screen in The Godyssey. The project is actually the result of a Tweet from Liefeld last month, saying he want to make the comic series his next project. When producers Todd Garner of Broken Road and Brooklyn Weaver of Energy entertainment [...]
The Deadpool video game was a surprise announcement during Comic Con this past year. While we’ve got a trailer and a few images, it seems word on the game has only popped up sporadically (A Deadpool-whack-a-mole of news if you will). Deadpool creator Robert Liefeld took time away form his Twitter tirades to reveal some [...]
The Marvel NOW! relaunches have come. Deadpool was one of the books I started reading when I got into comics, so it’s safe to say I was excited for this relaunch. And boy does #1 deliver in spades. Gerry Duggan and Brian Posehn write one hysterical script. Instead of mining the voices in Wade’s head [...]
I’m pretty sure some fans have given up on the idea that Deadpool movie is ever going to happen. For the better part of three years now, that very project has been stuck in some form of development hell and can’t seem to find its way out. They’ve got a great script written by Paul Wernick and Rhett [...]
Game Informer learned earlier this month that High Moon studios would be working with a certain Marvel Franchise. It looks like it is going to be Deadpool. High Moon’s best known work is Transformers: War for Cybertron and the planned sequel Fall of Cybertron. They are apparently developing a Deadpool game. If you go to [...]
Deadpool kills the Marvel Universe is one of the new miniseries we’ve been keeping our eye on lately. You probably remember the couple of pages of Deadpool offing Spidey a few days ago. It looks like that fatality comes in issue #2. CBR has three pages from the second issue of the series kicking off [...]
You might remember Marvel announcing the miniseries written by Cullen Bunn way back in May. If you don’t, just click here for some words from the writer and artist as well as cover images. The 4 issue series kicks off August 1st and will be a weekly series. Marvel’s Editor in Chief, Axel Alonso, tweeted [...]
That’s a pretty straightforward title, you know what you’re going to get when you buy a book called Deadpool kills the Marvel universe. This August, author Cullen Bunn and artist Dalibor Talajic will start the bloodbath with a four-issue miniseries published weekly throughout the month. You’ll be seeing something in a similar vein to The [...]
So, mere days after DC announced the cancellation of several titles, most if not all of which involved black lead characters, they decide to rub a whole lot of salt in the gapping, pus filled wound.
Well this is unfortunate. Just as we get near the IMAGE Expo this unfortunate event happens. Rob Liefeld tweeted; Infinite fans -Update I tried a new finisher/inker over 14 pages of issue #5. I loved em but split decision at Skybound. re-inking them now. I’ll show all of the rejected pages in the hard cover. Want [...]
Yes the creator of X-Force and Deadpool, the same guy that Jessica interviewed last year and was soo gay for Ryan Reynolds. Apparently he still is…and more!
Well, it seems Marvel is getting ready to “off” Deadpool. Could this be true? We are going to have to wait for DEADPOOL #50 to find out!
Greetings, fellow geeks! It’s been ages since my last review and I must apologize. Life (you know, that crap that happens when you’re busy making other plans, according to Lennon) caught up on me and sneaked me some nasty curve balls. I’ll make it up to you, I promise. I’ve been meaning to write this [...]
“Deadpool” screenwriter Rhett Reese spoke with io9 about his work on the developing Marvel Comics adaptation for 20th Century Fox, confirming that while the film spends plenty of time with Wade Wilson as he is now, there’s also plenty of attention paid to the Merc with a Mouth’s past. “Ultimately, I think despite how fun [...]
