Corey Stoll to Front FX’s Adaption of Del Toro’s The Strain
Gillermo Del Toro’s take on vampires, The Strain, which he co-wrote with Chuck Hogan, has won numerous accolades and ha been received well by fans. The trilogy of books went on to be developed into a graphic novels as well, printed by Dark Horse Comics and it will now be adapted into a television series for FX and we now know who will be the star. Corey Stoll, of the acclaimed House of Cards, has signed on to play the lead role of Dr. Ephraim Goodweather, the head of the CDC’s Canary team.
