Star Trek Covers Empire, New Stills Revealed, And Video From London’s Earth Hour
Empire recently revealed their gatefold cover for their Star Trek centric issue. The cover had to be expanded to allow the full cast and director JJ Abrams to be represented. The issue is released March 28 and promises to hold a plethora of Star Trek goodies.
Ahead of the magazines release, Empire has revealed two new action packed Star Trek stills featuring Zoe Saldana, Zachary Quinto and Chris Pine. Unrelated to the Empire news, a video from the Star Trek light show that took place high above the streets of London has been released. Earth Hour, a WWF event, plunged London into Darkness to raise awareness about climate change. The light show formed the Star Trek logo 118ft above the ground at the lowest point and 426ft high at the tippy top. The whole Star Fleet logo was about 308ft big. You can check that out below. Star Trek hits theaters May 17.
