Spidey Catches A Ride With The Cops In Latest Amazing Spider-Man 2 Set Pics
The Mary Jane Watson controversy may still be playing out across the internet, but filming for Marc Webb‘s The Amazing Spider-Man 2 is still going on in New York. Set pictures have been few and far between the last few days, but today we have some great shots of a stunt sequence being filmed with Andrew Garfield‘s stuntman, William R. Spencer. The photos come via Fan-Girl.org. The first few images of the car-hopping Spidey come from a few days ago, but the ones with Spider-Man hanging on for dear life off the back of the police truck are fresher images. They do seem to be a continuation of the same scene though. Garfield has done some of his own stunts, but I would say it’s a safe bet that’s Spencer under the mask. There wasn’t any word as to which wall crawler was dangling off the truck. What do you think about the latest batch of photos? The Amazing Spider-Man 2 swings into theaters May 2, 2014.
In The Amazing Spider-Man™ 2, for Peter Parker (Andrew Garfield), life is busy – between taking out the bad guys as Spider-Man and spending time with the person he loves, Gwen (Emma Stone), high school graduation can’t come quickly enough. Peter hasn’t forgotten about the promise he made to Gwen’s father to protect her by staying away – but that’s a promise he just can’t keep. Things will change for Peter when a new villain, Electro (Jamie Foxx), emerges, an old friend, Harry Osborn (Dane DeHaan), returns, and Peter uncovers new clues about his past.
