SDCC ’13: Superman/Batman Movie To Be Announced At WB’s Panel
Here’s something that won’t come as too big of a surprise to DC fans, but will probably be met with much joy and excitement nonetheless. Hero Complex is saying that Warner Bros. will bring the Last son of Krypton and Gotham‘s Dark Knight together in a new film to follow-up Man of Steel in 2015.
Hero Complex reports that “two sources with knowledge of the movie” have told them that WB/DC will announce the big news at their panel later today. The studio, of course, declined to comment. Zack Snyder and David Goyer are expected to return with Henry Cavill and the new Batman to make the film. Christian Bale will not be the Caped Crusader, as we have heard many times. WB‘s panel takes place in about 2 hours from the time of this article’s posting, so stay tuned to CBT to see what all WB will announce. We’ll let you know if this story turns out to be true. What do you think? Do you hope we get a World’s Finest movie next?
