SDCC ’13 New Image of Sentinel is Seeing Red
Yesterday was the official first day of the San Diego Comic Con and we started things off with a bang. Two of the bigger bits of awesomeness we saw were the first promo pics for X-Men: Days of Future Past, which showed off Prof. X, Magneto, Colossus and our very first look at Omar Sy as Bishop. Along with that, a viral marketing campaign highlighting Bolivar Trask’s Sentinel program, which included a new website, as well as some images of a model of a Sentinel head and a few promo images that invite you to celebrate “50 Years of Human Progress.”
Today, there is a brand new image that was released and it features a Sentinel almost brought to life with its iconic glowing red eyes. As you can tell, they’ve gone with a much different look for the mutant-hunting robots and the reactions have been, for the most part, positive. Along with this new image, we have a new motion logo for Trask Industries and as we now know, the acclaimed Peter Dinklage will be playing Trask in Bryan Singer’s upcoming Days of Future Past. Take a look at the awesome pics and be sure to check back over the next few days for more mind-blowing news once the X-Men folkls take the stage this weekend!
