SDCC ’13: ‘Carrie’ Lands a New Banner For Comic-Con
Screen Gems released a brand new banner for the reimagining of the 1976 film, “Carrie.” Granted, it’s only three months away from release but you can probably expect footage to be shown at San Diego Comic-Con. Check out the banner below (click to enlarge) and film synopsis after the jump:
“A reimagining of the classic horror tale about Carrie White (Chloë Grace Moretz), a shy girl outcast by her peers and sheltered by her deeply religious mother (Julianne Moore), who unleashes telekinetic terror on her small town after being pushed too far at her senior prom. Based on the best-selling novel by Stephen King, “Carrie” is directed by Kimberly Peirce with a screenplay by Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa.”
“Carrie,” which is directed Kimberly Peirce (Boys Don’t Cry), hits theaters October 18th, and stars Chloë Grace Moretz, Judy Greer, Portia Doubleday, Alex Russell, Gabriella Wilde, Ansel Elgort, and Julianne Moore.
