SDCC ’13 Captain America Display Confirms One Of The Rumors We’ve Heard
Marvel‘s big presentation doesn’t invade Hall H until tomorrow, but it seems their floor display for Captain America: The Winter Soldier confirms one of the slightly spoilery rumors that made its way onto the web when the film was shooting in Cleveland. If you still don’t want to know about that little spoiler, just enjoy the really cool picture of the display below. If you do want to have your memory jogged about the particular scene that was described, meet me in the next paragraph.
So we had heard that Steve Rogers will sport at least 2 different costumes in the new movie. We’ve already seen the Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. looking costume, but we heard he might get his old WW2 costume back as well. The original rumor said that there would be a scene where Steve breaks into the Smithsonian to liberate his costume. Whether he just gets nostalgic for the old days or he uses is to help jog the Winter Soldier‘s memories, we don’t know. Erik Davis, from Movies.Com, Tweeted this pic and in the process confirms that the Smithsonian scene does happen. What do you think about Cap (probably) getting back his old duds? Are you glad he’ll be in this costume again?
