SDCC ’12: Walking Dead Season Premiere Date And Season 3 Trailer

The Walking Dead panel at Comic Con revealed the official premiere date of Season 3 as well as a stunning new trailer clocking in at over 4 minutes long.

The show will return Sunday October 14 at 9/8c. Season three will see the introduction of The Governor as well as Michonne. The trailer that was shown at the Dead panel has also found its way online. As you can tell from the trailer, it isn’t a strict adaptation of the comic but that’s par for the course now. As good as the show has been it’s more than ok for it to deviate a little. It looks like this season might be the best one yet. Check out the trailer and tell us what you think!
