With no solid news coming out on the Justice League front, fans are left with rumors and speculation about what DC is planning to do with their big team movie. With DC’s movie future seemingly hinging on Man of Steel, we have a few months to wait and see how the chips will fall. Today we have a new rumor about the line-up of the Justice League movie tentatively scheduled for 2015/early 2016.
Latino Review dropped a list of potential JL members who will join together to fight a threat much greater than themselves. According to LR the team will be: Superman, Batman, Green Lantern, Wonder Woman, and The Flash.
The site also lists some potential cameos. They say that Martian Manhunter and Aquaman are likely and Hawkman is on the list but not very likely to appear. This seems like a pretty obvious cast of characters for DC to use. With a movie between two and three hours, it will be hard enough to fit all the new characters backstory and the cosmic threat in so hopefully the cameos happen and can be fleshed out in a potential sequel. Superman, Batman and Green Lantern will need little work, so introducing Wonder Woman and Flash will still leave room to develop the story. What do you think? Is this the line-up you expected?
