Robert Kirkman And Jay Bonansinga To Explore The Fall Of The Governor
Robert Kirkman and Joy Bonansinga will roll out their third Walking Dead novel looking at the series’ most notorious villain this October. The Fall of the Governor will seemingly end the stories told in Rise of the Governor and The Road to Woodbury. There are no details for the book at this time, but the cover unveiled by EW‘s Shelf Life column can lead us to speculate a few things.
Since the first book set up the Governor and the second one set up Woodbury, we can probably assume the third one will look at what happened from the end of the second book to the Governor‘s death in the comics. Could the novel give us a different take, or will it simply fill in the gaps left from the last book to what we’ve seen in the comics? We’ll definitely be hearing a lot more about this book before October, but we might hear a few things this weekend at Comic-Con. Will you be picking up the third book in the trilogy.
