Robert Downey Jr. Cracks Up In An Iron Man 3 Gag Reel Clip: Plus A Deleted Scene With Trevor
The Blu-ray/DVD release for Iron Man 3 will be coming out next month. The promotion for the film’s home video debut kicked off this week with the release of the first deleted scene featuring
The Mandarin Trevor and a quick look at Robert Downey Jr. getting a bad case of the giggles in the gag reel. USA Today had the first glimpse at a deleted scene from the Shane Black directed flick. It takes place shortly after the theater explosion that injured Happy Hogan. “The Mandarin” is contacted by one of his informants and told about the attack. The pretend big bad tells the caller to prep the set so he can send out another one of his messages. You can probably see why the scene was cut. Once we learn the truth behind The Mandarin, it seems odd that he would be calling the shots and deciding what happens after the incident. Trevor Slatterly was many things, but he always did what he was told. Yahoo! Movies debuted the first snippet from the flick’s gag reel. Robert Downey Jr., his usual charming and suave self, cracks wise during a few pivotal scenes. What do you think about the deleted scene? Did the gag reel crack you up?
