Quentin Tarantino’s Foreward And Character Sketches For The Django Unchained Comic Book

du sketch bannerHere is something you might have missed. Django Unchained has the box office locked up, but it’s also taking the comic book world by storm. The first of the five issue miniseries was released  prior to the film’s release. The comic adapts Tarantino’s original script and features some parts of the story that didn’t make it into the final cut of the film. The book’s art is handled by the great R.M. Guera (Scalped). The first issue featured original character sketches as well as a foreward by Tarantino. Wired got their hands on some of the goodies. You can read the first six pages of the book at Wired (by clicking here).

I'm a comic book and movie nerd who loves to share news I find interesting and hope you do as well. I'm a big Doctor Who fan and sci-fi in general. My favorite comic characters you ask? Well Thor, Wolverine, and Daredevil.
