31 in 31: Day 17 “Poltergeist”

31 in 31′s day 17 movie is “Poltergeist” directed by Toby Hooper and written by Steven Speilberg, Michael Grais, and Mark Victor. If you have an affinity forhauntings in houses, little girls being swept in to television dimensions, evil toy clowns, and more then this movie should be at the top of your list for must see Halloween flicks.
A couple and their children find out that their house is beyond just haunted in Poltergeist when a series of events not only occurs, but worsens with time not only kidnapping their daughter, but completely engulfing their home in an evil that most can only fathom.
When I first watched this movie I was already not a fan of clowns, but this movie comepleted my fear of them ten fold and scared me pretty heavily. My suggestion is if anything this movie has to be on your list of scary movies to watch if you already haven’t. Poltergeist well worth the watch and will always remain one of the classic horror movie main stays.
