I think they really missed an opportunity with this game by not going with a title like Carl of Duty: Redneck Ops. Regardless of what I think about the name, the Daryl and Merle Dixon-centric game called The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct comes out this week. The game fills in the gaps regarding the Dixon brother’s story as players take control of the fan-favorite character brought to life by Norman Reedus. Reedus and Michael Rooker both lend their voices to the game. The Survival Instinct Game YouTube channel unveiled the official launch trailer. Check it out below. What do you think? The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct is a first-person action survival game that brings to life the authentic, heart-stopping horrors of the AMC hit TV series The Walking Dead. In the game, players assume the role of the mysterious, crossbow-wielding survivor Daryl Dixon, brought to life by TV series star Norman Reedus, alongside his overbearing brother Merle, voiced by Michael Rooker. Join them on a haunting, unforgiving quest across the Georgia countryside.
