New STAR WARS REBELS Video Introduces Us To The Female Mandalorian Sabine

by

sabineYesterday we got our first look at Zeb, the character voiced by Steve Blum we first saw in toy form, and now another new member of the Star Wars Rebels cast we originally saw as a LEGO gets her own character introduction video. This time it’s the female Mandalorian named Sabine who has quite the artistic streak.

Sabine, described as a feisty Mandalorian and graffiti artist, is voiced by Tiya Sircar (The Internship, Vampire Diaries). Sircar is a relative newcomer to voice acting, with only a small role in Phineas & Ferb on her cartoon resume. The actress is very excited to play the hardcore Mandalorian, exclaiming “I love her, I want to be her! She’s not a prissy little girl, and I love that. I’m prissier in real life than she is! So I get to explore this sassy, strong character. She’s an inspiration.” You can watch the full intro video below to learn how Sabine uses her fighting and artistic skills to the Rebels‘ advantage. What do you think of the new Mandalorian?
