New Maps Show the Happier Side of JURASSIC WORLD
As filming is just about to get under way for the anticipated Jurassic World, news on the film is slowly but surely finding its way online. Most recently, we learned some juicy bits about some of the dinosaurs that may be showing up and their pivotal role in the story. You can read all that info by clicking HERE.While that info should be ruled as a rumor for the time being, we have some new images, courtesy JPLegacy.org (via BleedingCool) that give us more information on the new, fully functioning park.
One of the first things we learned about Jurassic World was that it will be set over 20 years after the events of the original film and that the park is now a profitable amusement destination, just like John Hammond initially imagined. This includes numerous rides, transportation options, restaurants, shops, etc. The rendering above shows the main center of the park. The images below show off what look to be props and.or set pieces detailing some of the park’s numerous amenities, such as petting zoos, gardens, under-water observatories and a T-Rex kingdom, among many other fun things to keep the family entertained.
Jurassic World stars Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Omar Sy, Vincent D’Onofrio, Jake Johnson, Irrfan Khan, BD Wong, Ty Simpkins and Nick Robinson. Colin Trevorrow is directing, The film is slated for a June 2015 release date.
