New LEGO The Hobbit Trailer Borrows A Page From Ocean’s Eleven
Danny Ocean had his special team of con men to pull off a big heist…well a couple of big heists really, but Thorin Oakenshield may have assembled an even better team. Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and TT Games have released a new trailer for the upcoming LEGO The Hobbit video game that borrows a page from George Clooney‘s Mr. Ocean.
The new trailer, called Buddy-Up, introduces us to the band of characters and gives us a little glimpse at some of their specialties. As you can see, you’re going to need to grab a friend to complete the quest. The game is based on Peter Jackson‘s first two installments of The Hobbit trilogy, so the final movie may be getting its own game sometime down the road. For now you can check out the rather impressive heist trailer below. Will you be checking out LEGO The Hobbit later this year?
Thorin’s 13 team up for a hilarious and exciting adventure toward the Dwarven Kingdom of Erebor. Grab a buddy and prepare to trek across Middle-earth this Spring as LEGO The Hobbit comes to the Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation®4, PlayStation®3, PlayStation®Vita, the Wii U™, Nintendo 3DS™ and Windows PC. As seen in this humorous trailer, LEGO The Hobbit takes teamwork to a whole new level, allowing players to “buddy-up” as Thorin Oakenshield and Company of Dwarves perform new abilities and special attack moves.
