New Images From Mark Gatiss’ DOCTOR WHO Biopic AN ADVENTURE IN SPACE AND TIME
Six new pictures from Mark Gatiss‘ Doctor Who Biopic have been released. The Sherlock co-creator and occasional Doctor Who writer and actor’s drama looking at the earliest years of Doctor Who and the people who made it happen will air next month to go along with the series’ 50th Anniversary celebrations. The new pictures give us a look at the main cast, most all of which bear an uncanny resemblance to their real life counterparts.
The show will be peppered with Doctor Who‘s best and brightest, including Second Doctor Patrick Troughton (Reece Shearsmith), but the pictures below are for the very earliest days of the show and the filming of the first episode. You can see David Bradley as William Hartnell/First Doctor, Claudia Grant as Carole Ann Ford/Susan Foreman, Jemma Powell as Jacqueline Hill/Barbara Wright, Jamie Glover as William Russell/Ian Chesterton, Brian Cox as show creator Sydney Newman, Sacha Dhawan as director Waris Hussein, and Jessica Raine as producer Verity Lambert. Below all of the new images are pictures of the real life people the actors are portraying. You can see the production got it eerily close (except maybe Ian Chesterton) What do you think?
