New 52: Justice League of America #1

DC Comics New 52 version of the Justice League of America had me very skeptical at first, I mean when you see the line up and you think about the past of some of these characters you realize that this mix and match team isn’t exactly the big seven, but then when you see the creative team of Geoff Johns and David Finch you realize that this is going to be a good book.
This comic starts out with a dark figure running and talking about their death and it never lets up after that. Amanda Waller has brought in Colonel Trevor to be the liaison for the new Justice League of America, a team that is possibly being set up to save the world if the Justice League turns against the world. Recruiting a mix and match group of heroes and new blood the Justice League of America looks like it will definitely be a book worth following.
From beginning to end this book had me hooked, and will now definitely be a permanent fixture in my comic reading a definite pickup, especially with the different variant covers that are coming with them.
