Movie Roundup: Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter, The Bourne Legacy, And Spider-Man

The Avengers and The Dark Knight Rises aren’t the only big news this summer. We have some news and trailers for some other big movies coming out over the next few months. First up is Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter.
A new greenband trailer for the Tim Burton produced Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter movie based on the book by Seth Grahame-Smith hits just in time for Memorial Day. 20th Century Fox have announced that they are going to screen the movie for the crew of the Navy aircraft carrier the USS Abraham Lincoln as well as two as of yet unnamed military bases.
Next up is the new installment in the Bourne franchise. Jeremy Renner goes from shooting arrows to being another member of the program that created Jason Bourne. A new trailer is going to be shown before Snow White and the Huntsman, which opens Friday. The Bourne Legacy is directed by Tony Gilroy and stars Jeremy Renner, Edward Norton, and Rachel Weisz. It opens August 3rd, 2012.

Finally, a new Australian spot for The Amazing Spider-Man features a little bit of new footage. We get a look at a lizard rampage taking place at Peter’s high school. The Amazing Spider-Man opens July 3rd.

I have to say, i am NOT felling Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter….. I just dont get it…
I’m not completely sold on the movie, but the book is amazing. I really enjoyed it. It’s pretty deep too. It’s not all vampires, there’s a lot of allegory and stuff.
