More BATMAN: ARKHAM KNIGHT Pics And News About BATMOBILE Skins

by

Arkhamknightbanner2The last few days have turned into a Batman: Arkham Knight newsfest. The new Rocksteady game was announced with a lot of fanfare, then the news started rolling out about the final installment of the Arkham series that would only be released on next gen consoles. The story will feature an all new villain, a larger world to play in, and a driveable Batmobile. That last addition has gotten a lot of fans understandably excited. Well now it turns out that there might be another big Batmobile development.

Pre-orders for Arkham Knight are now open, and stores are offering up their own exclusive special pre-order bonuses so you’ll throw down your money at their place. Walmart may have jumped to the front of the line for a lot of people. The store is offering the previously announced Harley Quinn playable character, 4 challenge maps, and a special “prototype Batmobile in-game” skin. Batman has gotten plenty of different skins and costumes in all the Arkham games, but we might be seeing some for the Batmobile as well. It’s unlikely that the movie versions will make the cut (as Batman-News points out), but you could see something like the Animated Series version. We’ll have to wait and see if there are more Batmobile skins available, but now we know it’s a very good possibility.

Below the promo pick for Walmart‘s pre-order bonus, you can see some new images from the recent issue of Game Informer featuring their gigantic write-up about the game. You can see a lot more in the magazine if you pick it up, but you can check out a sample below. What do you think about all the Arkham Knight news?
