Matthew Vaughn Signs Up To Produce The Fantastic Four Reboot

F4-bannerIt’s been a while since we’ve heard anything about the Fantastic Four reboot. We know that Josh Trank (Chronicle) is hard at work on a contemporary take on Marvel’s first family, but that’s about it. Today Fox’s Marvel movie consultant Mark Millar Tweeted that the film has found a producer in Millar’s pal Matthew Vaughn.

Vaughn directed First Class, so he has the Marvel experience. He is also attached to pretty much anything Mark Millar does so this isn’t too big of a surprise. Chronicle was absolutely fantastic, so hopefully Vaughn uses a light hand when working with Trank. The film is slated for a March 15, 2015 release. What do you think about Vaughn’s involvement?

I'm a comic book and movie nerd who loves to share news I find interesting and hope you do as well. I'm a big Doctor Who fan and sci-fi in general. My favorite comic characters you ask? Well Thor, Wolverine, and Daredevil.
