Mark Waid And Leinil Yu Take On The Hulk

Now it’s official. Today Marvel unveiled another creative team teaser card for the Marvel NOW! initiative. Mark Waid and Leinil Yu will be working on Hulk. The title my be Indestructible Hulk, but we at least know that the team is assembled for the Hulk.

Waid took to his Twitter account after the announcement and thanked fans for all the support. He also put many at ease, myself included, but stating that he would be staying on Daredevil as well.

Thanks to all for the congrats on HULK, which Leinil Yu and I will take over in November! If you like DAREDEVIL, you’ll like this! Promise!

While Jason Aaron has had a pretty good run on Hulk, it is exciting to think about a Waid written Hulk. His run on Daredevil has been absolutely amazing. When the rumor was first circulated many were afraid Waid would have to abandon Daredevil to take over Hulk, but luckily that’s not the case. What do you think of the new Hulk team?
