Joss Whedon Back For Avengers 2 And More

Very exciting breaking news for Avengers fans. It has just been announced that Joss Whedon will indeed come back for the sequel, and he will work on a Marvel themed TV show.
Breaking by way of Twitter, Joss Whedon has been officially announced to write and direct the sequel to the juggernaut smash-hit The Avengers. During a Disney Investors conference call, it was revealed that he would also be working on a TV show set in the Marvel cinematic universe to air on ABC. It is a live-action series.
Disney just announced Joss Whedon will write and direct THE AVENGERS 2 and develop a Marvel TV show for ABC.

I wonder if the tv show is just going to be the Hulk. I know we read the Del Toro article earlier but how may tv series can they come out with at once?
