Jim Carrey Joins Kick-Ass 2

We heard speculations before about Jim Carrey joining the cast of Kick-Ass 2, but now Mark Millar has confirmed that via twitter.

Jeff Wadlow director of the sequel, stated that filming will begin in 6 days and the rest…well take a look:

There you have it folks, he is obviously talking about Jim Carrey..duh!

The costumed high-school hero Kick-Ass joins with a group of normal citizens who have been inspired to fight crime in costume. Meanwhile, the Red Mist plots an act of revenge that will affect everyone Kick-Ass knows. Kick-Ass 2 Balls To The Wall hits theaters June 28th 2013.
