Kevin Smith and Jason Mewes will be hitting the road with the flick, doing a city-by-city one night only showing similar to what Smith did with Red State. The film is produced by Mewes and directed by Steve Stark. Jay and Silent Bob’s Super Groovy Cartoon Movie had a budget of $69,000 dollars. Say what you will about the animation, but you have to admit that is an incredible group of stars providing their voices to the toon. There’s really not much you can say about it.
