J. August Richards Returning To AGENTS OF S.H.I.E.L.D. For The Midseason Finale

richardsThere was a lot of talk about what character J. August Richards was playing in the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. pilot. Was he Luke Cage? Was he Rage? It turned out he was just a random guy named Mike Peterson who got injected with Extremis. Coulson and his ragtag group were able to sedate Mike and get him the help he needed in their very first mission together. Now the character will return for the mid-season finale to lend Coulson help when he needs it most.

Marvel posted the synopsis for the December 10th mid-season finale entitled The Bridge. Coulson is taking the fight back to the mysterious Centipede, and he needs some super-soldier support.
