Identity Of THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN 2’s Green Goblin Revealed
The Spider-Man news keeps rolling in today. A much clearer look at the Green Goblin on the large in-theater poster we’ve seen in varying quality the past few days has been spotted. Twitter user @Tupacca got the closest look at one of the villains spotted on the banner that also features Spider-Man, Rhino, and Electro. This picture also confirms that it is indeed Harry Osborn (Dane DeHaan) who hops on the glider and not his father Norman (Chris Cooper). This doesn’t come as a huge shocker, but it does confirm what has already been speculated. The picture has just hit the web, but it has already proven to be very divisive. Some people like Harry‘s look as the Goblin while others aren’t too pleased about the Osborn chosen to take flight or the suit he’s wearing. We’ll see a few hints as to Harry‘s transformation in the trailer Thursday, but what do you think about the young Osborn becoming the web-slinger’s infamous foe in The Amazing Spider-Man 2?
In The Amazing Spider-Man™ 2, for Peter Parker (Andrew Garfield), life is busy – between taking out the bad guys as Spider-Man and spending time with the person he loves, Gwen (Emma Stone), high school graduation can’t come quickly enough. Peter hasn’t forgotten about the promise he made to Gwen’s father to protect her by staying away – but that’s a promise he just can’t keep. Things will change for Peter when a new villain, Electro (Jamie Foxx), emerges, an old friend, Harry Osborn (Dane DeHaan), returns, and Peter uncovers new clues about his past.
