Henry Cavill Shares His Desire To Participate In A Justice League Movie
With Man Of Steel right around the corner, fans are at a fever pitch to ask creators and actors alike what plans are for the possible sequels. They would also be amiss to not wonder about the supposed Justice League movie that has been rumored for years. Last we have heard about Justice League is that is hinged on how Man Of Steel does financially.
But of course that isn’t going to stop people from asking about it. Man Of Steel star Henry Cavill is doing the press junket for the film when he was asked if he was open to doing Justice League. “Of course I’m open to it, very much open to it,” said Cavill. However, don’t get too excited, because as of right now Cavill knows of no plans for Justice League. “I’m not privy to that kind of information. I think it would be a lot of fun to explore the character further and a continuing journey, but I know nothing about those plans so far,” he explained.
Cavill also said that they have even talked about, in hypothetical of course, what Justice League might look like while they were on the set of Man Of Steel. Said Cavill, “Everyone’s talking about if Justice League will happen. None of it has ever been official speak. It’s always been what if, and if we were to do, how would we do it? It’s always just been brainstorming and fun ideas as opposed to genuine thoughts. Certainly when it comes to me, because if there is genuine thought about it, it’s probable behind very locked doors.”
Like stated above DC’s Cinematic Universe is very much in Man Of Steel’s hands. If this movie is a flop you can probably expect to see nothing new superhero relate from Warner Brother in a long time. However if the film is a resounding success, then you can bet that Man Of Steel will just be the tip of the iceberg.
