Henry Cavill Is Up For A Worlds Finest Movie
Man Of Steel is creeping up closer and closer, and star Henry Cavill will be starting to make his rounds to promote the film. From early trailers and screenings, an over whelming number of people have shown support for not only Cavill as Superman, but the movie as a whole. It’s been known for quite some time that the fate of the DC movie universe falls directly on the shoulders of Man Of Steel, and with the movie not out yet it’s hard telling what will happen.
However, that hasn’t kept Cavill from saying how cool it would be to do a Worlds Finest movie. “I think it would be really interesting with the age-old Batman/Superman conflict. Because they are two different sides of the same coin and their methods are entirely different. And I think it would actually make for an interesting story as to why, first of all, they were going head to head and how. I think that would make a great story,” he told SFX Magazine. He also said he wasn’t in the know about what Warner Brothers plans are at this point in time, but that he is sure all kinds of ideas are being floated around.
While the future is unclear at this time, it is very promising to see Cavill, voice his desire to see two of DC’s biggest characters share the big screen. We also have to wait to see how Man Of Steel does first before we can make crazy assumptions.
