Grimlock Banner And Plenty Of New TRANSFORMERS: AGE OF EXTINCTION Footage Rolls Out
A brand new trailer for the next installment of Michael Bay‘s Transformers franchise will hit this Thursday, but snippets of fresh footage and an impressive character banner have hit today to work fans into a frenzy before the big full-length trailer reveal later this week. Paramount and Bay have rolled out a video announcing their partnership with the band Imagine Dragons for the film, and cut throughout the band talking about their latest song, Battle Cry, we get to see Grimlock, Optimus, and even the cigar-chomping Hound taking part in some explosive action.
The official song announcement was made during last night’s episode of The Voice, but the teaser and an extended version have been released online today. You can check those out below to see the new footage that will undoubtedly be expanded on this coming Thursday. At the top of the article you can see a brand new character banner featuring Grimlock (courtesy of Digital Spy). We’ve seen Optimus smacking Grimlock across the face and then riding him, but the banner and the videos below gives us a great look at the Dinobot all on his own. Stay tuned to CBT for the full trailer reveal this week. Transformers: Age of Extinction stars Mark Wahlberg, Nicola Peltz, Jack Reynor, Stanley Tucci, Kelsey Grammar, and Li Bingbing. It will see its IMAX 3D, Digital 3D, and regular 2D release July 10th. What do you think about our latest look at the film?
