Get A Peek At The 3D Glasses For NINJA TURTLES And TRANSFORMERS: AGE OF EXTINCTION

by

CinemaCon is still going on, but we’ve already seen a few bits and pieces on things that have been on display. The Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson Hercules trailer that came out earlier today was thanks to the big convention, but this evening we get a glimpse at some very snazzy custom 3D glasses for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Transformers: Age of Extinction, Spongebob Squarepants, and the Despicable Me Minions film thanks to Collider‘s Steve “Frosty” Weintraub’s Instagram. While that later two are all well and good in their own right (especially the Minions goggles), the Transformers and TMNT glasses are what we’re going to give our attention to the most.

The Transformers glasses are based on Optimus Primes‘ face, whereas the Ninja Turtles specs represent Michelangelo, Leonardo, Donatello, and Raphael‘s colorful masks. You’ve had the argument over who the best Turtle is many times, but that fight is going to get a lot more interesting when it’s had over who gets what pair of glasses going into the film. Speaking of the Jonathan Liebesman directed and Michael Bay produced flick, the first trailer for the TMNT reboot with hit Thursday. Stay tuned to CBT for that. What do you think about the 3D glasses?
