Gal Gadot Will Play WONDER WOMAN At Least 3 Times
Batman vs. Superman may be delayed, but that isn’t stopping news about the Man of Steel sequel from breaking. It seems the last several stories we’ve had to write about the eagerly anticipated movie that will blow the DC cinematic universe wide open has been less than positive. Well today we get a piece of good news (arguably, but everything is arguable on the internet). Gal Gadot has confirmed that she signed a three picture deal to appear as Wonder Woman.
Batman-News.Com had the rundown of a segment Gadot appeared on during the Israeli show Good Evening with Gai Pines. The actress revealed she had been locked into a three picture deal to appear as Diana Prince of Themyscira. That’s not surprising, but it seems like a cakewalk compared to Marvel‘s eight to ten picture deals. It was also stated that Gadot would make $300,000 for Batman vs. Superman, though her payday will skyrocket for the other two films if things prove to be a success.
So Gadot will be in Batman vs. Superman, the Justice League movie we’ve been hearing so many rumors about, and possibly a Wonder Woman solo film. Then again it could be a second Justice League movie, but we’ll just have to wait and see. Marvel and Warner Bros. are both seeing who gets a solo female superhero film released, though neither is working too hard to make it happen soon, but it will happen before too long. What do you think about the news? What other two films do you hope we see Wonder Woman appear?
