First Wave Of The 52 Justice League Of America Variant Covers Released
By Cody "The Thorverine" Ferrell on Nov 09, 2012 with Comments 1
You may remember that earlier this week it was announced that there would be a total of 52 variants for the Justice League of America #1 release. The variants would consist of all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and Washington D.C. Today DC’s The Source blog released a first look at the regular cover and how the variants will represent their state or province.
The regular cover will feature the JLA hoisting the American flag on the cover. As you could probably guess, the variants will have them hosting the respective flags of the other states. It’s being reported that the David Finch variants can be ordered in a shrinkwrapped pack that will include all 52 variants. They’re being touted as true collectors items, so you have that going for it. The covers are very…inventive(?) I guess. What do you think?
