Yesterday was the 203 birthday of Abraham Lincoln, which makes this the perfect time to witness the first trailer for the upcoming Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter movie.
If you haven’t heard about the new movie coming out produced by Tim Burton based upon the novel “Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter” by author Seth Grahame-Smith, of Pride and Prejudice and Zombies fame, then you’re in for quite the treat. Starring Mary Elizabeth Winstead and Benjamin Walker this is sure to be a fun ride. If you haven’t read the book I say do so and familiarize yourself with it’s accurate history of Abe Lincolns life, with his mysterious dealings brought to light.
Synopsis: Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter explores the secret life of our greatest President, and the untold story that shaped our nation. Visionary filmmakers Tim Burton and Timur Bekmambetov (director of Wanted) bring a fresh and visceral voice to the blood-thirsty lore of the vampire, imagining Lincoln as history’s greatest hunter of the undead.
Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter opens June 22, 2012.
