First Look At Freddie Prinze Jr.’s ‘Cowboy Jedi’ From STAR WARS REBELS
We’ve seen some bots, Sith, and Stormtroopers for Star Wars Rebels, but now we get our first look at a human Jedi voiced by Freddie Prinze Jr. Lucasfilm has revealed the first look at Kanan, described by Rebels executive producers as a “Cowboy Jedi,” in a new video released by USA Today. Kanan is supposed to be a good representation of the few surviving Jedis after Order 66 was initiated. Rebels picks up between movies and takes place 14 years after Star Wars: Episode III- Revenge of the Sith and well after Obi-Wan and Yoda have gone into hiding. The show will debut with a one-hour special on the Disney Channel this fall before moving to its regular half-hour episode run on Disney XD. What do you think of our first Jedi for the new animated series?
