First Look At Superman Unchained Logo And Jim Lee’s 2 Sided 4-Page Fold-Out Poster
Almost as highly anticipated as Zack Snyder‘s Man of Steel movie is Scott Snyder and Jim Lee‘s Superman Unchained comic. The new book from two of DC‘s biggest stars will come out next month to coincide with the release of Man of Steel. The comic has had a few teasers and preview pages in the months since its announcement, but one thing that has been kept secret is the logo. Today DC unveiled the Superman Unchained logo that is more in step with the old Superman comics than the new movie logo. The image comes from CBR who got a good look at DC‘s two-page ad running comics and papers across the country.
One of the other big things we know the first issue of Unchained has going for it is a massive 2 sided 4-page foldout poster by Jim Lee. Spike TV got a look at the other side of the poster we’ve seen teased. Below the logo and Jim Lee’s pencils for the first side is a look at the other side depicting Superman fighting a massive robot baddie. If the screengrab is a little too blurry for your tastes, the video at the bottom has your first glimpse around the 4:10 mark. What do you think of the logo and poster?
