First Clip From Animated ‘Axe Cop’ TV Show!

by

The folks over at Fox’s Animation Domination HD (or ADHD) gave us a little sneak peek at the upcoming Axe Cop animated series, Ask Axe Cop style. What’s interesting is the voice of Axe Cop is none than Nick Offerman, who is Ron Swanson in Parks and Recreation, and he seems like a good fit. We don’t how much involvement Malachai Nicolle and Ethan Nicolle (brothers who created Axe Cop) are in the creating process, but when I when I talked to Ethan at San Diego Comic Con this past year, he mentioned Axe Cop was barely in the negotiation phase.

Check out the preview here:

We took one of our favorite parts of the Axe Cop comic and animated it as a test for the forthcoming series. We hope you like it. Happy Halloween! XOADHD

Axe Cop was created and written by Malachai Nicolle (age five) and illustrated by his brother Ethan Nicolle (age 30). The animated series will premiere next summer on Fox.
