Edgar Wright’s Ant-Man Gets A Release Date Along With Other Movie Updates
Edgar Wright’s Ant-Man has slowly but surely come together. Marvel released a press statement updating information on their upcoming movies as well as announcing release dates. The biggest news from the statement, as you can tell, is that a date has been set for the long awaited Ant-Man.
The world’s smallest hero will be hitting the big screen on November 6, 2015. This will be the first Marvel film to follow from Joss Whedon’s untitled Avengers sequel, which opens May 1, 2015.
Also updated was the fact that Iron Man 3 (out 5/3/13) and Thor: The Dark World (11/8/13) will be released in 3D.
With Ant-Man following a mere six months after Avengers 2, I’d say it wouldn’t be that big of a shock if the miniature hero pops up in some way in that film. What do you think? Does this get you more excited knowing that a date is finally set? Do you think he’ll show up in Avengers 2?
