Edgar Wright Starting Work On Ant-Man And He Tweeted A Pic To Prove It
We’ve been waiting a long time for Edgar Wright to get to work on his Ant-Man film. The director has been working on the project off and on for years, but a release date was finally set in stone a few months ago. Marvel was so sure of the film’s success they moved it from a fall 2015 release to the highly competitive month of July and the height of blockbuster season. Production for the film is supposed to get underway shortly but Edgar Wright is already in Los Angeles and getting to work.
The director took to Twitter to send fans who have been waiting for so long a message. We’ve seen pics and even some footage of Ant-Man in action, but Wright wanted to give followers a little taste of what’s to come. While this could well be a brand new image, it could also be from Wright‘s work on the test footage a few years ago (you can still see a picture recap here). With work actually beginning, hopefully we’ll soon start hearing about some casting news. What do you think about Wright‘s message? Ant-Man will be crawling into theaters July 31, 2015
Now I’m back in LA, it’s high time to finish a little something I’ve been working on… pic.twitter.com/ko3u1q45C4
