Do You Want Jim Lee To Paint A DC Themed Mural In Your Town?
DC has been using indiegogo to help raise money for their We Can Be Heroes campaign to help alleviate hunger in the Horn of Africa. They started hero themed campaigns a few months ago that give out some pretty impressive perks to people that decide to donate. The first hero to get the indiegogo treatment was Batman. The Dark Knight helped raise an incredible amount of money, but now he’s returned to the shadows and it’s time to move on to the next hero. The next member of the Justice League to take the stage is the Man of Steel. There are perks like Superman Unchained t-shirts, signed copies of Superman: Unbound, and comic cover exclusive to the campaign, but the biggest perk of all is having superstar artist Jim Lee come to your town and paint a 10′ x 10′ wall mural featuring a character from the DC Universe. The We Can Be Heroes campaign has been doing really well so far, and the indiegog campaigns have raised a lot of money. You can check out the campaign link below to see all the perks available and you can also watch the video promoting the Superman themed fundraiser featuring the likes of Scott Snyder, Jim Lee, Greg Pak, and Geoff Johns.
