shield bannerAgents Of S.H.I.E.L.D took another short break, but when the show comes back on April 1st, it will air uninterrupted as the final 7 episodes are played every Tuesday. We know Deathlok will make a big wave in the next week’s episode, but there are still a few other things left to be revealed before the season ends. The mystery of Coulson‘s resurrection is still a big deal, the true origins of Skye are still open to debate, and what that big blue alien they received the magical death cure from still need to be shown. Well we can mark the alien’s identity off the list. It has been spoiled. But before we get to that, a new clip from End of the Beginning has been released and it features Deathlok firing off a few shots at our S.H.I.E.L.D. team.

The official Facebook page for the show premiered a promo clip for the new episode showing Coulson and his team, a team of S.H.I.E.L.D. agents, and even Bill Paxton‘s John Garrett trying to track down Deathlok. They find him, but the half human/half machine is more than ready for them.

Finally, Fanboy Comics was on hand at PlayFest to chat with the S.H.I.E.L.D. crew while they were walking the red carpet. Chloe Bennett, who plays computer hacker Skye, revealed that the identity of the alien the magical cure-all was extracted from was indeed a Kree. This isn’t a huge surprise since that was the first guess of most every fan who saw the show, and Jaimie Alexander‘s Sif mentioned the race in her appearance, but it’s a nice bit of confirmation. You can watch her slip up in the video below. What do you think about the identity of the alien being leaked out?
